The subscription runs for 24 months. You can add a counter at any time: it is billed pro rata, with no setup fee. Removing a counter during the term does not reduce the subscription until the term ends.

Your data belongs to you. You can export all of it, at any time, in an open and documented format, free of charge and without conditions.
